This house designed by Ukrainian designer Igor Sirotov is located on the Black Sea. He had used a concrete and glass extensively, creating a modern home, but still very close connected to nature. Such designing idea references japanese residential architecture through its use of materials and its close relationship with nature.

The 350 square meter house  provides accomodation over one storey and a basement level with garage for two cars. A large living area adjoins kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The glazed flooring is very surprising and reveals the garage below. Avast glass wall connects the the large open-plan living space with an outdoor pool and recreation facilities, while a smaller external seating area is found adjacent to the dining table.
